Information for Patients who are Carers, or are Cared for:

A carer is someone to who provides care to another individual-whether family or not and whether paid or not-on a regular basis.

If you fall into either of the above categories, we would like to hear from you and so would Suffolk Carers. It may be that you are not getting the support or benefits to which you may be entitled. It may be that you haven’t had a break for a long time, or are feeling isolated and under pressure.

There are resources out there which may be of help to you and by letting us know of your situation, the Doctors and Nurses will be better able to look after you.

Please talk to reception and ask for our Carers registration form and leaflet. For more information about Suffolk Carers, click on the link.
